We built Trofeo because we kept losing track of who was really winning.

Every office has at least one game. Ping pong in the break room. Chess on Tuesday lunches. Padel on Fridays. The games exist. The banter exists. But the records? Someone's phone notes app, maybe. A whiteboard that got wiped. A spreadsheet nobody updates.

We wanted a proper leaderboard. One that updates after every match, posts to Slack, and uses a rating system that actually reflects skill - not just who plays the most.

So we built it.

Trofeo supports Elo, Glicko-2, TrueSkill, Win/Loss, and custom points - for 1v1, 2v2, and free-for-all races alike. It runs proper tournaments, from round-robins to elimination brackets. It hands out trophies and badges automatically when players hit a milestone. It handles disputes when scores get contested, and posts every result to Slack. It works for ping pong as well as it does for chess.
