By creating an account or using Trofeo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Trofeo provides office game ranking software including leaderboards, rating calculations, match recording, and Slack integration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf. Notify us immediately at hello@trofeoapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period before downgrading your plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trofeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
